How do I complain about a defective article from the Advent calendar?

It's very simple! You can also complain about a defect article from the  calendar.

Simply use our returns portal: to the returns portal.

All you need is your order number and the postcode of the shipping address. (If you can't remember your order number, look here)


First, indicate that you want to "return an article". In the next step you mark the calendar in question and select (if not preselected) the option "Return single items". 

Now select the appropriate door and click on "continue to reason for return". Now enter the reason for return "defective" and select "replacement item" as the refund method. 

That's it!

Please note: For some items it is not necessary to return defect items. We will automatically send you a replacement item.
If this is also the case with your item, you will receive a corresponding note at the end of the return registration. In this case we ask you to simply dispose of the defective item yourself.
