I do not have a printer - how do I get a return slip?

There are actually no return documents in our packages. Therefore, if you do not have the possibility to print out the return documents, there are several possibilities:

Did you order from Germany?

1. Use the QR code!
On the return documents you will find the actual return label and a so-called QR code. This is located on the left-hand side of the document and is entitled "Shipment information for your documents".  Show this QR code on your smartphone at a branch, a parcel shop, at your delivery agent or at a DHL Packstation. DHL will print out the label for you. Please carefully remove old shipping labels and barcodes beforehand.

2. frank it yourself!
You can frank the package yourself and send it to the following address:

Make sure you include information about yourself, your order and the reasons for returning the goods with your return so that the return can be processed without any problems. Please also note that in this case we will not pay any return shipping costs. However, we strongly recommend that you return the goods insured and with a tracking number. In case of loss the shipping company is liable and not you personally.

1. Use the QR code!
On the return documents you will find the actual return label and a so-called QR code. This is located in the upper left corner of the first page of your returns documents. You can use it to print your return label conveniently at the branch counter or at the franking machine in the self-service zone. 

2. frank the order yourself!
You can frank the package yourself and send it to the following address:
