My desired payment method is not offered, what can I do?

There can be several reasons for this - depending on the payment method:

For all Billpay payment methods (purchase on account, direct debit, payment by instalments) BillPay decides on the basis of various criteria (e.g. credit check) whether the respective payment method is possible. Unfortunately we have no influence on these criteria. If you are not offered this payment method or you receive an error message, please use another payment method.

Are you only offered the payment method Giropay? Then you have a DVD in your shopping cart. Due to legal regulations for the protection of minors your age must be confirmed in order to buy this product. This is only possible with the payment method Giropay. There are no additional costs for you.

You are missing the payment method prepayment? Then maybe you have chosen the express option for your order. Since your order should reach you especially quickly, we cannot offer this payment method. In this case we would have to wait for the receipt of payment, so that an express delivery cannot be guaranteed.
