I have deleted my invoice - what can I do?

You can easily download your invoice again or have it sent to you by a customer care agent. Please check following options:

1. you are a registered customer?
Then log in to your customer account. On the left you will find the tab "My order". Now you would just select the corresponding order and click on the button "Print invoice". The invoice will now be downloaded.

2. you have ordered as a guest?
Then log in to our returns portal for guests. Here you can also click on the button "Print invoice". However, for data protection reasons the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. 

You are not sure whether you placed your order as a guest or as a registered customer? No problem - then you can simply use our returns portal for guests.
